Prevention of Homelessness & Early Intervention Program
PHEIP is an Early Intervention Service to assist family and individuals at risk of becoming homeless to maintain their independent accommodation.
General Counselling – eg. Marriage or Couples, Depression & Anxiety, Grief & Loss – Adults, Parenting problems. Short Term Brief Therapy available to assist people to deal with personal dilemmas brought about by life’s experiences.
Pathways to Independent Living consists of the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program for single men, single women & families who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. As well as Community Housing for long term tenants offering safe, secure and affordable housing.
Veteran’s Home Care provides Domestic Assistance , In - Home and Emergency Respite Care, Personal Care and Home and Garden Maintenance for eligible veterans.
Infiniti & Beyond provides support and developing vocational pathways for people who have a disability.
Drought Counselling – Free counselling for those in need.
Co-housing – Older Men Unlimited Hervey Bay – Providing friendly support for Older Men in our community.
