APPROACH
Our approach is one of early Intervention and Prevention:
We offer strengths based, recovery focused, holistic, Integrated Case Management framework (ICM). We will work with the clients to identify their strengths, supports and needs. We then aim to build upon the family’s inherent strengths.
We offer intake and assessment, information and referral where necessary, support, counselling and education and skills training.
We offer support in the Wider Wide Bay – Burnett regions, reaching as far south as Cooloola Shire, as far East as Eidsvold Shire and as far North as Miriam Vale Shire.
