Funded by the Queensland Government’s Department of Employment and Training to provide:
- Job search Assistance
- Career counselling
- Personal Polishing
- Skills and Training Needs Analysis for
people 45 years and over
Four intakes will occur for this Project during 2006. 10 persons will be selected from possible referrals, within each intake.
You need to be over 45 but it is not a requirement that you receive Government Benefits.
Individualised Program for approximately 12 weeks. Where Employment results before 12 weeks, the participant is not required to continue in the Program.
You need to be:
- Motivated to gain Employment
- Keen to learn and improve your skills
- Willing to undertake Job Search yourself
- Willing to undertake the opportunity of unpaid work experience (where applicable)
REALISTIC GOALS
We are not guaranteeing you a job - but we are guaranteeing help to improve your skills and knowledge, to maximise our probability of gaining Employment.
No outlay of funds required as it is funded by the State Government of Queensland.
